We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Subscription and Payments
The App may offer a free version and a subscription-based "Premium" version. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay the subscription fees. All payments are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
